Terms and Conditions

The user of the Site of EPOS – Empresa Portuguesa de Obras Subterrâneas, S.A. (EPOS) undertakes to act in good faith and implicitly accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

Copyright Protection Statement

The content of the EPOS Site, including text, images or any other information, is the property of EPOS, which owns the respective copyrights.

By using the EPOS Site, the user undertakes to comply with the legislation in force, namely, the Copyright and Related Rights Code, the Industrial Property Code and the Computer Crime Act.

The user may not copy, import or use content contained on the EPOS Site without obtaining prior authorization from EPOS and without referring to the EPOS Site as a source of information; with regard to content originating from sites linked to this Site, the user must obtain authorization from the respective authors, respecting the respective copyright statements.

Unauthorized use or distribution of any material from this site may be subject to civil or criminal penalties in accordance with applicable laws.

EPOS does not guarantee that the services provided by the EPOS Site will operate uninterruptedly.

Declaration of Confidentiality

In accordance with Article 35 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and Law No. 67/98 of 26 October, the information collected on users of the EPOS Website is not of a personal nature, so the confidentiality of their identity is ensured.

However, users will be identified when they commit illegalities, violate these Terms and Conditions, or when this is requested by a court decision.
