In accordance with Article 35 of the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic and Law No. 67/98 of 26 October, the information collected on users of the EPOS Website is not of a personal nature, so the confidentiality of their identity is ensured.
However, users will be identified when they commit illegalities, violate these Terms and Conditions, or when this is requested by a court decision.
