This consent form regulates the collection of personal data and their subsequent processing, as well as the exercise of the holder's rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
The data collected will be processed and stored computerically by the entity responsible for the processing, EPOS - Empresa Portuguesa de Obras Subterrâneas, S.A.
This data will be treated confidentially and will be used to respond to your request via the form in the contact area and retained in the computer system of the entity responsible for processing for the period and for the purposes under the terms of consent.
Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the holder of the personal data may request access to, update, correction, suspension and deletion of the data concerning them, or oppose their processing, as well as exercise the right of portability, in person, by letter or by email to:

If the data subject believes that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the RGPD, he or she may lodge a complaint with the CNPD - Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (email: geral@cnpd.pt and postal address: Av. D. Carlos I, 134 - 1º 1200-651 Lisboa).

I declare that I authorise the processing of my personal data in the terms referred to above and its transfer to the companies/branches/delegations of the Teixeira Duarte Group located outside the European Union, if the matter described in the request/complaint should be processed at the place where the request/complaint originated. The personal data will be retained in the computer system of the controller until the conclusion of the process plus a period of one year. I further declare that I have been informed of the conditions of the said transfer pursuant to Article 49(1)(a) of the GDPR (adequacy decision and appropriate safeguards, Articles 45 and 46 of the GDPR). Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the holder of the personal data may request the revocation of the consents given, by letter or email to the above-mentioned controller. WARNING

EPOS clarifies that, at any time in the processes for hiring workers that it may have in progress, candidates are required to provide any information on credit cards or other means of payment and – above all – it does not request the advance of any amount , whatever the title, for that purpose. In addition, the hiring of workers is always concluded through a face-to-face process. Do not respond, do not send elements, or pay any amount if requested to do so, as EPOS will do so, as this practice is not followed.
