The user of the Site of EPOS – Empresa Portuguesa de Obras Subterrâneas, S.A. (EPOS) undertakes to act in good faith and implicitly accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

The content of the EPOS Site, including text, images or any other information, is the property of EPOS, which owns the respective copyrights.

By using the EPOS Site, the user undertakes to comply with the legislation in force, namely, the Copyright and Related Rights Code, the Industrial Property Code and the Computer Crime Act.
