The further development and progression of the skills of EPOS employees, rather than a legal or customer requirement, is seen as a strategic goal of the organization. To develop the skills and expertise, relational and cognitive abilities of its employees, enhancement of human capital and knowledge of the organization is a prerequisite for achieving the objectives and strategy of EPOS. Thus, the improved quality of worker performance and the company’s productivity growth and competitiveness is directly linked to the final product offered to customers. To meet the commitment of constantly improving its Staff skill base, EPOS Training Department is headed by a Training Manager and Certified Instructors and is responsible in developing, planning, rolling out and evaluating the Training Plan approved by the Board and in parallel, the implementation, development and monitoring of all procedures for the Professional Certification of all Staff. Hundreds of different training courses are held each year, in a wide range of areas and in all the different ongoing work sites, of which the main goal is to improve performance of all staff in every area of expertise and major tasks and operations. |
