Ainda que a conjuntura, tal como descrita, se apresente desfavorável, é certo que a Empresa transitou do exercício anterior 2014 com carteira de obras que permite só por si esperar para 2015 um volume de negócios de 75 milhões de euros. 65 Admitindo que se concretizarão algumas empreitadas em fase de negociação, tanto no mercado nacional como no externo, consideramos razoável poder atingir um volume de negócios superior a 80 milhões de euros. Although the situation described above is unfavourable, the Company has brought forward from the previous financial year of 2014 an order book that alone allows us to forecast a turnover of EUR 75 million in 2015. Assuming that some contracts under negotiation, in both the domestic and foreign markets, do come through, we believe that it is reasonable to anticipate a turnover of more than EUR 80 million. 10 10 DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE RESULTADOS AOS TRABALHADORES DISTRIBUTION OF PROFITS TO EMPLOYEES Por último, cumpre-nos referir que face ao propósito assumido por este Conselho de Administração relativamente à distribuição pelos colaboradores de parte dos resultados apurados no exercício de 2014, procedeu-se, em cumprimento dos normativos em vigor, ao registo contabilístico desse montante de 2.000.000 € como gasto daquele exercício, com a consequente redução da rubrica de resultados líquidos apurados nas demonstrações financeiras anexas a este Relatório e também sujeitas a aprovação em Assembleia Geral. Deste modo, com a aprovação deste Relatório e Contas, fica também aprovada a mencionada distribuição de resultados aos colaboradores naquele montante. Finally, we must point out that, in view of the intention of the Board of Directors to distribute part of the profits earned in 2014 to employees, the corresponding amount of EUR 2.000.000 was recognised as an expense in that year, in accordance with the regulations in force, with a consequent reduction of the net income reported in the financial statements accompanying this Report and also subject to approval at the General Meeting. Thus, the approval of this Report and Accounts implies the approval of the said distribution of profits to employees in that amount.
