08 08 08.1 08.1 Na sequência da contratação da já referida subempreitada de construção dos trabalhos integrantes do circuito hidráulico do Aproveitamento Hidroelétrico de Laúca, foi decidido constituir uma Sucursal na República de Angola, tendo prosseguido ao longo do ano as diversas diligências indispensáveis à sua formalização, cuja conclusão se prevê venha a ocorrer já no presente ano. Em Espanha, o desenvolvimento da atividade iniciada em 2013 e as perspetivas de evolução dos negócios neste país foram determinantes na decisão de concretização de mais esta Sucursal, que ficou sediada em Madrid. 57 Estas novas sucursais permitirão suportar a atividade das obras contratadas em cada país e aí estabelecer bases que possibilitem alargar a ação da Empresa nos respetivos mercados. After having been awarded the aforementioned subcontract for works on the hydraulic circuit of the Laúca Hydroelectric Power Station, the Company decided to establish a Branch in the Republic of Angola and, throughout the year, took the necessary steps for its formalisation, which is expected to be completed as early as this year. In Spain, the progress of the activities started in 2013 and the prospects for business development in this country were instrumental to the decision to establish this Branch too, which is based in Madrid. These new branches will make it possible to support the activities of contracts awarded in each country and to lay the foundations there that will allow the Company to strengthen its presence in their respective markets.
